WE here at the WE art space are very pleased to announce the opening of our first group show entitled, Paint by Number. Opening reception will be held Sunday, July 5, 2009, from 5-8pm with a guest appearance from local typewriter, poet virtuoso, Zach Houston and musical performances by: Foote Torres Duo (Cansafis Foote from the Careerers, thecareerers.com), Ted the Block and Baby Blue aka Michael Salmon. There will also be an interactive paint by number installation for guests to participate in. Contributing artists include: Sean Megley, Jennifer Downey, Olga Yunak, William Curtis, Cansafis Foote and more.

A closing reception will be held on Sunday, July 26, from 5-8pm.

WE art space was founded by artist couple, Tina Dillman and Naaman Rosen.

It is the focus of the space to navigate culture through primarily two-dimensional, cutting edge art produced by Bay Area residents. Viewing hours are by appointment only.
